Request for Fair Review of Pending Immigration Cases Involving Iranian Nationals

We respectfully urge the United States government to ensure fair, individualized review of lawful immigration applications submitted by Iranian nationals currently residing in or seeking entry to the United States. Broad policy actions should not unintentionally harm applicants who have complied with all legal requirements and undergone extensive vetting.

دربارهٔ این دادخواست

We, the undersigned, respectfully ask the United States government and relevant federal agencies to ensure that pending immigration applications involving Iranian nationals continue to receive fair, individualized, and merit-based review under existing laws and procedures.

Many Iranian applicants currently pursuing lawful immigration pathways, including employment-based visas, family reunification, academic programs, humanitarian protections, and permanent residency processes, have complied fully with all legal and security requirements established by the United States government. These individuals include students, researchers, physicians, engineers, entrepreneurs, families, and professionals who contribute positively to American society and uphold its laws and values.

We recognize and respect the importance of national security and the sovereign authority of the United States to manage immigration policy. At the same time, we respectfully ask that broad executive or administrative actions not unintentionally prevent fair consideration of applicants whose cases are already in progress and who have acted in full compliance with legal procedures.

This petition does not seek special treatment or exemption from the law. Rather, it calls for: • Individualized review of each case based on its own merits and evidence • Preservation of due process and fairness in immigration adjudications • Protection for applicants and families who have relied in good faith on existing legal pathways • Clear communication and transparency regarding policy changes affecting pending applications

We respectfully ask policymakers and decision-makers to consider the human, academic, professional, and economic impact these actions may have on thousands of law-abiding individuals and families.

The United States has long been strengthened by fairness, rule of law, and equal treatment under established legal processes. We hope these principles will continue to guide immigration decisions affecting Iranian applicants with pending lawful cases.
